About me
Lingzhen Li received his PhD degree from ETH Zurich and Empa, Switzerland (2023), master degree from Tongji University, China (2019), and bachelor degree from Hunan University, China (2016). During the PhD work, Lingzhen investigated Bond Behavior and Debonding Failure in Iron-based Shape Memory Alloy (Fe-SMA) Strengthened Steel Members, through conducting experiments and deriving models for bonded Fe-SMA strengthening technique at material, component (bonded joint), and structure levels. Now, Lingzhen is a postdoctoral research fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, working on analysis and design of modular floating structures (MFS), with a focus on analytical design of floating cities/bridges.
Skills
- Modular Floating Structures (MFS)

Additional questions
What kind of partners are you looking for?
I would like to meet an engineer with experience on floating structure design or construction. I am a researcher myself. The combination of engineering and research may be interesting.
