INTERNATIONAL LAWYER | STRATEGIC CONNECTOR OF GLOBAL INNOVATION | LATIN AMERICA BUSINESS FACILITATOR

I am an international lawyer and founder of Trade DaMatta International, a commercial representation and strategic advisory firm based in Brazil. I currently represent two major technology companies:

• Deep Tech, a global tech enterprise headquartered in Russia and the United Arab Emirates, offering cutting-edge solutions in artificial intelligence, smart infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

• SBA Edge, a Brazilian company with American ownership, operating in the field of critical IT infrastructure, data sovereignty, and energy resilience. SBA Edge manages a network of over 12,000 antennas across Brazil, providing vital infrastructure for mobile network operators and supporting national telecommunications and connectivity.

I aim to facilitate the integration of these companies into the BRICS innovation and business landscape, starting with formal presentations within strategic summits and forums.

I recently returned from the Global Digital Forum (June 2025), where I participated at the invitation of the Russian delegation, and I previously visited the Skolkovo Innovation Center in September 2024 to explore leading technologies and strengthen bilateral innovation ties.

With over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience, I operate across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, working at the intersection of logistics, international law, business strategy, and innovation. I am recognized as a strategic connector, uniting people, technologies, ecosystems, and opportunities across borders to generate long-term impact.

I hold a Law degree from PUC-PR, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Business Logistics, and a technical certification in Strategic Marketing Planning. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I have led the legal and commercial structuring of numerous international ventures entering the Latin American market. I have been responsible for the execution of large-scale projects in logistics, sustainability, agribusiness, and tourism, and I am now deeply engaged in the technology sector, especially in areas involving blockchain and edge computing.

As a trusted advisor, I provide:

• Strategic legal and regulatory guidance;

• Feasibility and market-entry analysis;

• Technical and commercial diagnostics;

• Representation in high-level negotiations with public and private stakeholders.

I also hold leadership roles in major innovation networks. I serve as:

• President and Director of Innovation at IINII (Institute for the Integration of Innovative Initiatives), leading projects in education, sustainability, and smart ecosystem development;

• Legal Director and co-founder of ALAS – the Latin American Startups Alliance, which promotes integration among startups, investors, and policymakers across the continent;

• A strategic member of Iguassu Valley, awarded Brazil’s Best Innovation Ecosystem in 2022, where I facilitate collaboration among entrepreneurs, academia, corporations, and institutions.

I believe that one of today’s greatest challenges is not a lack of innovation—but a lack of structured international cooperation. That’s why I dedicate my work to fostering global dialogue, helping nations, companies, and ecosystems speak the same language of development, sustainability, and technology.

In this context, I strongly advocate for the creation of a BRICS Business and Innovation Hub in Latin America—ideally headquartered in Brazil. I believe this initiative can serve as a platform to activate real, long-term collaboration between Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and the wider region. My intention is to contribute to this vision, using my expertise in law, strategy, and international negotiation to make business integration between BRICS and Latin America not just a concept—but a reality.

I am also committed to promoting the adoption of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, digital automation, and generative systems, with applications across energy, healthcare, logistics, agriculture, and industrial operations.

With a visionary, diplomatic, and execution-oriented approach, I am dedicated to transforming strategic ideas into tangible outcomes—bridging global innovation with regional opportunity to shape a more connected, sustainable, and collaborative future.
