**Founded in 2003, Shandong Zhongyang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Linyi City, Shandong Province. The group primarily engages in overseas investment, industrial park development, international trade, and logistics services. Actively aligning with China’s Going Global strategy and the Belt and Road initiative, the Group seizes opportunities in China-Africa cooperation and strengthen itself by leveraging both international and domestic resources and markets. Currently, it has developed four major industries: industrial park development, building materials, chemicals, and overseas warehouses. Utilizing the advantages of local resources, markets, and labors in Africa, the Group has established a comprehensive industrial platform for China-Africa production capacity cooperation. In 2023, the Group was recognized as a Key Local Multinational Enterprise for Cultivation in Shandong Province and an Advanced Unit in the Overseas Investment Industry in Shandong Province. To date, the Group has established four major industrial parks in Africa: the Weindustry Park, the BN Industrial Park and the YUP Chemical Industry Park in Nigeria, as well as the Sino-Ord Industrial Park in Angola. In November 2021, the Weindustry Park in Nigeria and the Sino-Ord Industrial Park in Angola were respectively recognized by the Department of Commerce and the Department of Finance of Shandong Province as the President Unit of the Shandong Business Community Association in Nigeria and the Provincial Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone.**
