Bimo Tech is a Polish SME specialized in the development and manufacturing of advanced metallic materials and high-precision components for extreme applications in space, defense, energy, and high-temperature industries.

With a strong foundation in refractory metals, additive manufacturing (AM), Cold Gas Spray (CGS), HIP, forging, and custom alloy design, we serve demanding programs such as ITER, ESA-funded projects, and high-tech industrial clients across Europe.

🚀 We’re proud to be a winner of the ESA FIRST! Propulsion initiative (Materials & Processes category) — with our SPARK project, we are developing a new class of Refractory High-Entropy Alloys (RHEAs) designed to withstand extreme heat, pressure, and oxidizing environments. These alloys are being developed in close partnership with ArianeGroup and leading European research institutions.

While the initial application is space propulsion, these breakthrough alloys will also be applicable in:

• Aerospace and hypersonic systems

• Hydrogen combustion and power generation

• Plasma-facing components for fusion

• Thermal protection and mechanical systems under extreme conditions

🔍 At Horizon 2025, we are actively seeking R&D and industrial partners for co-development of materials and components for harsh environments. We’re open to collaborations in Horizon Europe, ESA, and commercial programs where our expertise can support long-term European autonomy in critical technologies.
