Nijdra Group is an independent, full-service, family-owned company (100 FTE) with three locations north of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We are specialized in co-engineering, assembly, machining and various grinding work for precision mechanical components and assemblies (system supplier).

Our company includes the following specializations:

• Highly automated machine park for turning & milling;

• Grinding operations - accurate to 0.001mm;

• Co-engineering;

• Assembly & testing (clean room);

• Protoshop / Fast-lane production.

More than 60% of our turnover is generated through export.

We are active in the following high-tech markets: Healthcare, Optical, Microscopes, Analytical, Biomedical and Medical Implants.

Nijdra is ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 certified and has been affiliated with EcoVadis for a long time.

Our organization is strong in the 24/7 unmanned production through our robotized 5-axis machines and through to the high degree of automation.

With these “complete in-house production” solutions, we can produce (small) series cost-effectively in a short time.

Nijdra has extensive experience with the co-development (co-engineering), production and global sourcing, assembly, and testing of mechatronic modules.

For example, we are the main supplier of Pipettierers (liquid handling) to a German OEM that specializes in the biomedical industry.

In addition to supplying parts and assemblies/modules, we supply fully assembled benchtop machines directly to the worldwide end customers of our customers, active in the biomedical and pharmaceutical industry, including validation and final tests (FAT).

Many customers place their entire project (sourcing, purchasing, production, assembly, and testing) with Nijdra: supply chain management.

As a result, they benefit from our long-term relationships with sub-suppliers and transport companies.

Our sourcing and purchasing team ensure that products that we do not produce ourselves (e.g. electronics) are available on time.

And thanks to our many years of experience in the various high-tech industries, we are strong in supporting cost-saving developments and solutions for new and existing machines and devices (co-engineering).

Nijdra also support our customers in obtaining CE certifications and during FDA audits.
