About

A key aspect of FNT's mission is to support young individuals through a variety of programs that emphasize human rights, intercultural dialogue, and the principles of the European Union. FNT collaborates with public authorities and institutions to advocate for youth-oriented policies.

In response to the Ukrainian crisis since 2022, FNT has been offering assistance to young refugees through its extensive network of youth centers in different locations in Romania (10 cities). These youth centers provide a safe environment and resources for the well-being and integration of young refugees into Romanian society.

Activities developed/implemented in the youth centres were from language training (Romanian and English), intercultural activities, cultural activities, nonformal activities, job counseling, psychosocial support, access to information and much more.

FNT holds also Quality Label for the European Solidarity Corps and is accredited for Youth Mobilities under the Erasmus+ program. These recognitions enable FNT to offer international volunteering and educational exchange opportunities, promoting personal growth and societal development. Additionally, as a member of the European Network of Information and Counseling Agencies (ERIYCA) and Trans Europe Halles (TEH), FNT engages in a broad exchange of knowledge and collaboration, furthering its impact on youth empowerment and support.
