CACTTUS Education is the first level 5 professional VET school for ICT in Kosovo, accredited by the Kosovo National Qualification Authority. It offers high-level professional two-year-long education programs in the technology of information, enabling the accumulation and transfer of ECVET credits for further education. Established in 2015 by CACTTUS, a leading Kosovar company in the field of ICT services and solutions, and a renowned ICT training provider in Kosovo, CACTTUS Education's portfolio of services includes ICT consulting, training, industry-recognized certifications, telecommunications, networking, system integration, and software development. CACTTUS Education has been providing training for individuals, companies, government institutions, and international organizations. Some of these initiatives and activities include being active in establishing and leading associations and organizations related to ICT, being part of higher education committees, and working with institutional stakeholders to draft strategies for education and training, such as the National ICT Strategy for Kosovo for the Kosovo Government. CACTTUS Education has also been part of various donor-funded development projects in Kosovo, supporting R&D activities, employment, and employability in the field of ICT, with a particular focus on youth, women, and marginalized communities. Through direct partnerships with many vendors, CACTTUS has the inside track on newly introduced technologies and next-generation products and services. It employs certified professional trainers who have demonstrated expertise in vendor technologies and maintain the necessary instructional skill set demanded in today’s learning environment in the field of ICT, meeting the vendors’ high standards for delivering official training programs.
