About me

Hamid Echarkaoui is the co-founder and CEO of Cryptr, a French B2B authentication platform built to simplify and accelerate the way SaaS companies manage enterprise-grade authentication. With a strong background in entrepreneurship and product strategy, Hamid has spent the past years helping tech teams save time and reduce complexity by offering plug-and-play solutions for SSO, Directory Sync, and secure login flows.

Under his leadership, Cryptr has emerged as a trusted alternative to American authentication giants, with a strong focus on European sovereignty, privacy, and developer experience. Hamid is a firm believer that authentication shouldn't be a blocker but a growth enabler for SaaS companies entering enterprise markets.

Before launching Cryptr, Hamid was involved in several ventures in the digital and tech ecosystem, combining his passion for innovation, storytelling, and building things that matter.

Born in Morocco and raised in France, Hamid is driven by a deep desire to support founders from all backgrounds, foster inclusion in tech, and help build a stronger European startup ecosystem.

When he’s not talking about authentication or compliance, you’ll probably find him sharing tips on B2B sales, mentoring early-stage founders, or pitching Cryptr (even in front of his kids who now finally understand what he does!).
