Francisco Andres Perez

Francisco Andrés Pérez holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics (University of Salamanca); a Bachelor of journalism; a MA in International Relations (IBEI), an Executive Program in Innovation in Public Sector (ESADE); an IBM Professional Certificate in Deep Learning and a MIT certificate in Business Strategy for Artificial Intelligence. He has developed his career as specialist in knowledge transfer and innovation strategy for Spanish think-tanks (Barcelona Center for International Affairs, Elcano Royal Institute). Currently he is director of Business AI strategy for an international aerospace company. He is external professor in Security and Artificial Intelligence at University of Salamanca.His main interests focus on how organizations transform themselves to address and take advantage of the technological change and on knowledge transfer to support public policies on global challenges. He has coordinated and participated in European Research projects on global security, energy, and international cooperation. He is fluent in English and eternal learner in Arabic.
