Nebbiolo d'Alba
About
In a wide area placed at the border of the areas of origin of Barolo and Barbaresco, located on the right bank of the Tanaro river, on the hills of Alba and Diano d’Alba, we produce Nebbiolo.
After a soft destemming and crushing, the fermentation in stainless steel tanks begins, at a controlled temperature of around 28°C. When fermentation is completed, our Nebbiolo continues its maceration on the skins for another 10 days. It ages in barrels for about 8 months before being bottled where it will stay for another 6 months before being sold.
