About
The Barbera pillar of our project The fundamental characteristics of the Monleale subzone, specifies that the production uses only select vines and must age for a minimum of 20 months with at least 6 months aged in wood. From this, we created a wine that is fragrant, intense with a deep red color. Suggested pairs with pork, roasted meat, and medium aged cheese.
