Aroma

Complex and intense notes of fresh violet followed by fresh red roses, ample and intense notes of tart cherry, ripe red raspberries and blackberries, Vanilla along light essence of tobacco, finished in a delicate hint of oak. Taste

It is an elegant medium to full body, dry, smooth, warm, and rounded wine, with great acidity along low tannins, a very pleasant minerality through a persistent finish, very well balanced and finest . This is the wine which has been preserved our winemaking family’s secret traditions since 1946. Paring food

It goes well with important first courses: game, roast meats.
