About Freshmango

We are a remote, equity-free startup accelerator based in Estonia. 50+ startups are in the programme right now, alongside 50+ mentors and Venture Partners who are operators rather than professional advisors. Founders get €4M in partner credits and access to a network of 150+ VC funds, and we never take equity.

The role

You keep an eye out for promising early-stage founders in Vilnius. When you meet one who could be a fit, you send us a short brief and book them a call with our team. That is the whole job.

You are not selling and you are not closing. We run the calls and we decide who gets in. You open doors.

Who we are looking for

Genuinely embedded in the Vilnius startup scene. You go to the events, you know the founders, people ask you for introductions.

Comfortable talking to founders about what they are building and what is in their way.

Honest. You will represent us to people, and how you do that matters more to us than volume.

Junior VC analysts, community organisers, student entrepreneurship leads and recent founders all tend to fit well. You do not need accelerator experience.

What you get

Commission for every founder you introduce who joins the programme. Exact numbers on the intro call.

The Startup Scout title and access to our mentor and Venture Partner network.

A budget for events you host in Vilnius along side our team.

Flexibility. There is no minimum and no fixed hours. Most scouts do this alongside a job or studies.

What this is not

This is not a salaried position and it is not full-time work. Nothing is paid on introductions or calls, only on founders who actually join. That is deliberate, because it means neither of us wins by pushing people who should not be here.
