Danish company seeks production partner for organic sunflower seed butter

For Sweden: A Danish SME in the food sector has developed a range of high‑quality sunflower seed butter products available in several flavor varieties, including Original, Chocolate Sea Salt, Cardamom Bun, Cinnamon Raisin, and Drømmekage. The company has fully developed recipes and aims to replicate them closely using high‑quality, preferably organic ingredients. 

The required production process includes roasting sunflower seeds, blending and mixing flavor ingredients, and filling the finished product into glass or PET jars (approx. 200–275 g).  

The manufacturer should be able to handle jar filling, sealing, and labeling. 

Test production volumes are expected to be 500–1,000 units per flavor, with the potential to scale to 2,000–5,000+ units per flavor following demand. The target production cost is 2,5-3,4 EUR per unit, depending on volume, packaging, and ingredient sourcing. 

The company aims to begin production within the next few months, with flexibility for pilot batches, testing, and process adjustments. The Danish SME is seeking a long‑term collaboration with a European manufacturer capable of supporting both initial small‑scale production and future scale‑up.
