With a strong presence in Ukraine, the World Bank supports structural reforms, infrastructure modernization, energy and social resilience through investments, policy dialogue, and partnerships.

In response to the Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Bank has mobilized significant financing to help Ukraine maintain essential services, strengthen institutions, and prepare for long-term reconstruction. The World Bank works closely with the Government of Ukraine, international partners, and private sector actors to design and implement projects that promote sustainable recovery and future growth.

At the Ukraine Reconstruction Forum, the World Bank engages to foster collaboration, align efforts, and ensure that reconstruction initiatives are transparent, inclusive, and impactful—supporting Ukraine’s path toward EU integration and long-term stability.
