Andrii Ryzvaniuk

Andrii Ryzvaniuk is Acting Head of the Investment Attraction and Support Department at UkraineInvest, the Ukrainian Government’s Investment Promotion Office. He has over 25 years of experience in investment facilitation, project management, and international business development. At UkraineInvest, he supports foreign investors throughout all project stages and actively promotes Ukraine as an attractive investment destination. Andrii previously advised the Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and held leadership roles in the banking and manufacturing sectors. He also spent over 15 years with Sumitomo Corporation in Ukraine, managing large-scale energy, infrastructure, and supply projects in cooperation with international financial institutions and Ukrainian authorities. He holds a degree in International Economic Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University and has completed multiple executive training programs in the UK, Japan, and the USA.
