UK–Singapore Quantum-Safe Cybersecurity R&D Collaboration

QSafe is seeking a Singapore-based partner to jointly develop and validate an enterprise quantum-safe cybersecurity and cryptographic migration solution.

The proposed collaboration would focus on practical challenges organisations face when transitioning from classical cryptography towards hybrid and post-quantum architectures.

Potential R&D areas include automated cryptographic discovery, quantum-risk assessment, cryptographic-agility analysis, hybrid-PQC migration, TLS and PKI modernisation, certificate migration, secure data exchange and interoperability testing.

QSafe can contribute its post-quantum cybersecurity platform, cryptographic discovery capabilities, migration methodology and technical expertise.

We are particularly interested in Singapore partners that can contribute complementary cybersecurity technology, cloud infrastructure, sector expertise, integration capabilities or access to a realistic pilot environment.

The objective would be to jointly develop, test and benchmark a commercially deployable solution with measurable outcomes in security, interoperability, scalability and migration readiness.
