One Singapore partner wanted: trust and safety for an AI customer agent that integrates itself with a business

WHAT WE DO

Algomo (London) makes two AI agents that work together.

1. A customer agent that answers support questions and sells on a company's website.

2. An integration agent that finds the systems the business already uses (stock, orders, bookings, customer accounts), connects the customer agent to them by itself, and keeps the connections working when things change.

Result: a business gets a customer agent that works with its real data in minutes. Other AI agents need months of integration work first; ours does that work itself. Live with retail, property, banking and software companies in the UK.

THE PROJECT

A 24-36 month research project under UK-Singapore CR&D 2026 (AI theme). The UK side is funded by Innovate UK, the Singapore side by Enterprise Singapore. The consortium is small: Algomo (UK lead), Brunel University London, and one Singapore company.

The question the project answers: when an AI agent connects itself to a company's systems, how does the company know it is safe? Algomo builds the agents. Brunel runs the independent evaluation. The Singapore partner builds the trust layer.

THE ONE PARTNER WE ARE LOOKING FOR (Singapore-registered)

A company in AI trust, safety or assurance that can build the trust layer for these agents: what the agent may touch, how it is tested, an audit trail a regulator would accept. Fits the AI and Cyber themes. Seed stage or later, with the team to run its own funded work package for 2-3 years.

WHAT WE BRING

A working product with paying customers, the integration-agent technology, a university partner, and a track record of funded Innovate UK projects.
