Seeking Singapore R&D Partner for EV Airflow Energy-Recovery Technology

Galiska Limited is a UK clean-technology company developing a vehicle-integrated airflow energy-recovery system for electric vehicles. The project will investigate whether controlled airflow generated during vehicle movement can be converted into useful supplementary electrical energy while keeping aerodynamic drag, mechanical losses and electrical conversion losses sufficiently low to achieve a measurable whole-system net-energy benefit.

We are preparing a 36-month collaborative industrial R&D project under the UK-Singapore CR&D 2026 programme and are seeking an independent Singapore-registered business to join as a genuine technical partner.

Relevant capabilities may include EV engineering and integration, power electronics and energy management, turbine or generator technology, advanced manufacturing, aerodynamics or CFD, sensors and control systems, automotive testing, or clean-energy technologies.

Potential Singapore-led work packages could include development of power electronics and control systems, turbine-generator optimisation, advanced prototype manufacturing, vehicle integration, testing and validation, or complementary engineering research.

The project is expected to include CFD modelling, aerodynamic optimisation, mechanical and electrical development, prototype manufacture, controlled testing, vehicle-level validation and independent whole-system energy assessment.

We are looking for a partner interested in a meaningful long-term UK-Singapore R&D relationship, with clearly defined technical responsibilities, shared project milestones, appropriate IP arrangements and future opportunities for commercialisation in the UK, Singapore and wider international markets.
