NemoCare aims to end all preventable neonatal and maternal deaths in the developing world by building innovative affordable,accessible,highly accurate monitoring solutions for the emerging markets.We use unobtrusive wireless wearable sensors and networks, analytical algorithms and big data as tools to provide continuous, high resolution monitoring and preventive care for every patient in hospital, and at home- making sure that no stone is unturned to prevent any form of mortality and morbidity . We use design thinking principles to build life-saving technologies that will transform the way healthcare is delivered. Nemocare Raksha : A tool comprising of an IoT enabled smart Wearable backed by AI engine along with an intelligent decision support system to augment non invasive clinical hemodynamic monitoring to predict and identify early markers for late onset of sepsis in neonates and enable a paradigm shift in clinical diagnostics through a data driven approach, enable doctors improve clinical outcomes and target the antibiotic usage helping decrease AMR Our solution -Nemocare Raksha comprises of an IoT enabled smart Wearable that continuously monitor the necessary vital parameters (7vitals)and is connected wirelessly to a central proprietary AI engine backed platform where data is processed using cloud computing.The wearable along with an intelligent decision support system augments non-invasive clinical hemodynamic monitoring to predict and identify early markers for sepsis and periodic shock in neonates The device and the software together will aim to be a septic shock identification/trigger tool that consists of combinations of clinical diagnoses and findings eg,high-risk patient conditions, vital signs, and/or physical findings which prompt further evaluation. It provides early markers and criticality score calculator for early onset sepsis and late onset sepsis in neonates.
