About me
Dr. Harshavardhan Budharaju is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the School of Chemical, Materials and Biological Engineering, University of Sheffield. His research lies at the interface of tissue engineering, 3D bioprinting, and regenerative medicine, with a strong emphasis on the design of functional bioinks and the development of innovative biofabrication strategies. He specializes in extrusion-based bioprinting and thermoplastic printing to engineer architecturally and biologically relevant tissue constructs, including cardiac, skeletal muscle, and mucosal tissues. His work contributes to the advancement of next-generation bioprinted models for regenerative therapies, disease modeling, and animal-free testing.
