ARI autonomous commercial floor maintenance and inspection robot

Our robots not only cleans and maintains commercial floors but also inspects and reports any problems related with the integrity and safety of the floors to the fm team. Using AI cameras and patented floor recognition software, we are able to check every square centimeter of the commercial floors for discoloration, cracks, unevenness, pooling, leveling problems and many more. This is extremely important to tackle visitor, patient and worker safety in commercial facilities.

ARI develops its own map autonomously for up to 100000m2 in facilities, may use elevators to change floors, may interact with other robots - including the alien brand mobile devices of another nature. 

ARI robot also controls, inspects and reports indoor air quality via patented hardware/software during the period it cleans and maintains floors. This is also very important to establish a safe and pleasant working/visiting space in commercial facilities. 

In full autonomy, ARA Robotics ARI can clean and maintain up to 20k m2 per day using its fully autonomous cradle for refills, discharges and self maintenance. This cradle can wash and tangle-free its brushes, refills with fresh (optionally hot) water, drains and recycles gray water (same water up to 10 times using patented recycling and disinfection system). 

ARI, together with its cradle, is a set and forget unit which uses in-house designed state-of-the-art electronics. It can create and maintain its maps on its own and şet  the fm managers/users to shape and alter the daily working routine as per their requirements.
