About
X-Ray Computed Tomography (CT):
High-resolution X-Ray CT scanning enables non-destructive internal inspection of parts and materials. This technique provides three-dimensional visualization and quantitative analysis of internal features such as porosity, cracks, inclusions, and unbonded interfaces. It is particularly valuable for additive manufacturing quality assurance, allowing correlation between process parameters, internal defects, and mechanical performance.
High-Cycle Fatigue (HCF) Testing:
HCF testing assesses the fatigue strength and endurance limit of materials under cyclic loading at high frequencies. Tests are typically conducted in the range of 10⁴–10⁷ cycles, under load or strain control, at room or elevated temperatures. The data obtained support S-N curve generation, life estimation, and material qualification for aerospace, automotive, and energy applications.
Creep Testing:
Creep tests measure the time-dependent deformation and rupture behavior of materials under constant stress and temperature. These tests provide essential data for long-term performance prediction in high-temperature environments, such as turbine, power plant, or aerospace components. Steady-state creep rate, rupture time, and elongation at fracture are evaluated to determine material stability and service life.
Together, these test services provide a comprehensive understanding of material integrity — from micro-defect detection to long-term mechanical performance — enabling reliable component validation and design optimization for advanced manufacturing applications.
