About
Our proposed project focuses on the digitalization of manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency, reduce scrap rates, and establish a sustainable quality control infrastructure. The system to be developed will enable real-time digital monitoring of production stations, identification of bottlenecks, and systematic analysis of human-related errors.
Key functionalities will include process time tracking, material level alerts, automated fault and maintenance notifications, integration of quality control into workflows, and efficiency analysis of individual stations. Leveraging artificial intelligence, the system will conduct root cause analyses based on big data, allowing for the elimination of error sources. As a result, production processes will become more flexible, sustainable, and resource-efficient, minimizing both energy consumption and material waste.
We aim to realize this initiative under Horizon Europe calls and are actively seeking experienced partners to collaborate in this project.
