Join Industry on Campus, greenCHEM’s half-day industry forum, that brings together business leaders, researchers, start-ups, and students to drive innovation in sustainable chemistry and the circular economy through presentations, dialogue, and collaboration. Organized by greenCHEM, the green chemistry ecosystem initiative in Berlin, and hosted at Freie Universität Berlin, the event is designed to connect real industrial needs with sustainable solutions, fostering technology transfer, scaling, and new partnerships.

The programme opens with keynotes and industrial challenge presentations that spotlight pressing sustainability issues across manufacturing and supply chains. This launch also marks the start of the first Open Innovation Challenge, where researchers, and early-stage start-up teams will develop solutions and prototypes for real-world industry problems over several months.

Participants will also hear about the outcomes of the latest greenCHEM Hackathon, where interdisciplinary teams generated bold ideas to tackle industry-defined challenges.

Another central feature of the programme is the introduction of the new Scale-Up Lab @ FUHUB, offering cutting-edge infrastructure to help transform laboratory concepts into viable pilot projects and scalable applications. The event concludes with a networking session and the possibility to visit the new lab facilities, enabling participants to exchange ideas, discuss potential projects, and lay the foundations for future collaboration.
