Transfer Week Berlin-Brandenburg 2025

greenCHEM is an innovation and transfer initiative in Berlin dedicated to promoting sustainable chemistry. It is a joint BMFTR-funded project of all three universities in Berlin and aims to bring research, industry, and start-ups closer together. greenCHEM combines a “research push” approach that translates lab discoveries into practical solutions with an “industry pull” approach, bringing concrete industrial sustainability needs into the innovation process. Through multiple student and start-up formats, hackathons, and networking events, the initiative fosters partnerships that drive technology transfer, start-up creation, and sustainable chemical innovation in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
