The Hippo and the Donkey is a Greek brand designing baby and kids products for real life — built to last, made to be passed on.

We come from three and a half decades of family textile expertise, and every product we make carries that weight: considered construction, carefully chosen certified organic and OEKO-TEX® fabrics, and a design approach rooted in simplicity and long-term use.

Made in small batches in Greece, our collections cover the full arc of a child's daily life — sleep, movement, outdoor time, the beach. Each piece is developed to solve something: softer skin contact, easier routines, less waste over time.

Our aesthetic is calm and intentional — products that don't shout, but stay. Designed to move from one child to the next without losing their purpose or their look.
