SYK Group has been operating in tourism, green energy, animal husbandry and textile sectors since 1960. SYK Textile, a part of SYK Group, offers a rich product range to the fashion world by producing upper garment fabrics thanks to its flexible production structure. It exports mainly to European and North American countries with its 6 million meters/year production capacity. Yarn dyeing, weaving, pretreatment, continuous washing, fabric dyeing and finishing processes as well as digital printing processes are carried out within SYK Textile. Fabric tests such as dimensional stability, tear strength, tensile strength, seam slippage, pilling, abrasion resistance, color fastness are carried out in the accredited laboratory approved by TURKAK. The R&D Center established by SYK Textile with the aim of reaching large masses in the global market and developing value-added products started its activities in November 2020 with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkiye. As a result of the projects developed within the R&D Center, while the nationally supported TUBITAK project was ongoing, 3 patent applications, 30+ design registrations and 20+ scientific publications were made. SYK Textile exhibits its collections at fairs held in Europe, ABD and UK, such as Premiere Vision Paris, Premiere Vision New York, Munich Fabric Start, The London Textile Fair and Textile Salon Moskow.
