Brick.Block.ba for architects and interior designers

The company has developed an innovative product line Brick.Block.ba, consisting of architectural interior bricks made from recycled textile waste bound with an ecological binder. The product is designed for interior applications, combining decorative functions with thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Brick.Block.ba is already commercially available and produced at small scale in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with potential for further industrial scaling.

The core innovation lies in converting post-consumer textile waste into engineered, modular construction materials with defined structural, acoustic, and decorative properties, enabling their integration into circular building systems.

The concept addresses a structural market imbalance: the construction sector is under increasing pressure to reduce embodied carbon and adopt circular materials, while the textile industry generates large volumes of waste with limited valorisation pathways. This creates a clear cross-sector opportunity for material innovation.

The solution is designed to support scalable production and aligns with circular economy principles and EU Green Deal objectives.
