CortexMine is an early-stage startup building secure AI for high-trust industrial workflows.

We help manufacturing and regulated organizations use technical documentation, service history, internal knowledge, and operational data more effectively through AI workflows that can be deployed on-prem or in a private cloud.

Our current focus is on use cases such as:

• technical service support

• troubleshooting and problem resolution

• documentation and instruction generation

• internal knowledge access

• other knowledge-heavy workflows where trust, security, and source-grounded answers matter

The product is designed for organizations that need:

• secure deployment

• strong control over data sources

• practical workflow support rather than just a generic chatbot

• a path to AI adoption in sensitive operational environments

We are currently working on an early implementation with one of the largest chemical companies in Poland and are looking to connect with industrial companies, design partners, and organizations with strong operational pain points that could benefit from this type of secure AI setup.
