About
Design and integration of laser welding processes tailored to specific product and manufacturing requirements. Solutions may be implemented as standalone workstations or integrated into automated production and assembly lines.
Laser welding enables precise, low-distortion joining of metal components thanks to the concentrated energy of the laser beam and controlled heat input. The technology is particularly suitable for applications requiring high repeatability, minimal thermal impact and reliable weld quality.
Depending on the application, laser welding systems may include:
-
welding of copper, aluminium and steel components,
-
joining of thin-walled and thermally sensitive parts,
-
welding of Cu–Cu and Cu–Al connections used in electronic and battery applications,
-
precise positioning and clamping systems for components,
-
integration with industrial robots and automated handling systems,
-
monitoring and control of welding parameters during the process,
-
vision systems for seam tracking and quality verification.
Laser welding processes can also be combined with complementary technologies such as laser cleaning, laser ablation, resistance welding or plasma cleaning, enabling complete preparation and joining processes within a single production system.
Solutions are developed according to the requirements of the specific process and integrated with existing production infrastructure and control systems.
