Endoscopic procedures lack precision because rigid, mechanically constrained instruments do not allow independent control. NGScopes solves this problem by developing lightweight, through-the-scope robotic instruments for endoscopy that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows. Our technology enables millimeter-precise control of endoscopic tools independently of the endoscope, expanding therapeutic capabilities and enabling faster and safer procedures.

NGScopes is a Dresden (Germany)–based spin-off from the local university and university hospital, bringing together an experienced interdisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, material scientists, software developers, and industrial designers. We translate cutting-edge robotic technologies in endoscopy from academic research into scalable medical products.
