Aortex

Aortex is developing a patient-specific stent graft for endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) that enables safer, faster, and more widely applicable aneurysm treatment. Today, up to 30–50% of patients cannot receive EVAR due to small or complex access vessels, forcing them into high-risk open surgery or suboptimal off-the-shelf stent grafts that lead to endoleaks and life-threatening complications. Aortex addresses this unmet clinical need with a digitally series-customized stent graft that can be manufactured and delivered within 72 hours based on 3D CT scans, enabling urgent, anatomy-accurate treatment where current solutions fail. Furthermore, those stent grafts fit in 20% smaller catheters than todays products.
