MUST Visibility FlexCo

MUST Visibility's business model is the development and distribution of software for quality assurance during the machining process. Machine learning methods are used for this purpose. The aim is to detect errors in components and cutting tools at an early stage.

In 2025, we were awarded the Styrian Innovation Prize for this newly developed methodology. This methodology enables real-time analysis of the machining process using very fine granular control data from machine tools. During machining, the quality of the workpiece is assessed and the remaining tool life is estimated.
