FieldCompass: Evidence-Based Decisions for Soil Health & Water Quality

FieldCompass is an early-stage concept focused on helping producers, advisors, sustainability programs, cooperatives, and public-sector organizations make better environmental decisions.

Many existing sustainability tools assess current performance or report environmental outcomes after implementation. FieldCompass aims to address a different challenge: helping users identify and prioritize the actions most likely to improve soil health and water quality in a specific context.

The platform will combine scientific evidence, regional agricultural data, and local conditions to provide context-specific recommendations that are transparent, practical, and evidence-based. The initial concept is focused on Dutch arable cropping systems, with the potential to expand to additional regions and agricultural sectors over time.

I am seeking collaborators interested in sustainability, agriculture, software development, product design, data architecture, and business development. My goal during TeamUp is to validate the problem, refine the solution, identify pilot opportunities, and build a team capable of turning the concept into a scalable product.
