We are the Medicines Patent Pool, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to treatment for people in low- and middle-income countries. By facilitating the sharing of intellectual property and promoting innovation and technology transfer, we strive to improve healthcare outcomes and ensure that essential medicines are available to those who need them most. Our work fosters collaboration between pharmaceutical companies, governments, and civil society to overcome barriers to access and drive down costs, ultimately saving lives.
