Cor.Sync is a solution for fast and accurate heart attack diagnosis, capable of measuring troponin in whole blood in just 8 minutes with the same accuracy and price as a laboratory test. 

 Myocardial infarction, also known as heart attack, is one of the biggest causes of death around the world. But its diagnosis requires, along with electrocardiogram, a blood test to measure a biomarker, called troponin. Nowadays it takes from 1 to 5 hours to measure troponin at laboratories, and half of the deaths by infarction happen inside hospital, while the patient is waiting for these results.

Our solution combines a benchtop device with single-use biosensors to measure cardiac troponin levels in whole blood in just 8 minutes, delivering lab-quality results directly at the point of care. In addition, we offer a clinical decision support software that integrates troponin results with patient electronic health records and uses machine learning algorithms to provide diagnostic probability, risk of mortality, and treatment recommendations. This enables faster diagnosis, improved patient outcomes, and reduced healthcare costs.

Our roadmap covers applying this patented method for other biomarkers, covering not only cardiology, but also oncology, infectiology and even drug discovery.

We are a 15 people team founded in 2019 and finishing clinical trials in Brazil.
