*Founder, Northamps (2015 - Present)*
- Provide waste management services to rural villages, industries, households, apartments, institutions, and industrial canteens in Kerala.
- Implemented biodegradable waste management solutions at source, serving over 5,000 households, 500 institutions, and 50 industries.
- Developed solutions for recycling wastewater (sewage and sullage) for industries, apartments, and food manufacturing industries.
- Collaborate with 15+ Grama Panchayaths in Kerala, managing over 250 tonnes of dry waste, including 80% low-value flexible packaging waste materials.
- Establish and operate three Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) in central Kerala.

- Worked with Suchitwa Mission and other waste management projects in Kerala, gaining valuable experience in waste management practices and policies.
