With a strong background in industrial microbiology, automation, and process optimization, he spearheads the development of high-quality microbial solutions for diverse industrial applications, including biofertilizers, biopesticides, probiotic spores, single-cell proteins, and enzyme-producing microorganisms.
Om’s journey in biotechnology began with hands-on experience in soil microbiology and bioprocess engineering. His tenure at Godavari Bio Fertilizer Industries provided a deep understanding of the potential of Bacillus thuringiensis, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, Rhizobium, and zinc-solubilizing bacteria in sustainable agriculture. He refined his expertise at Biozeen, where he gained specialized training in fermentation technology, automation, seed development, SCADA, PLC, and biopharma bioreactors.
