About me

I lead Open Innovation and External Relations with business actors and the R&D ecosystem at the City of Torino, within the Ecological Transition and European Funds Department. My work focuses on building strategic partnerships between the public sector, industry, research centres and startups to accelerate sustainable urban transformation.I coordinate urban experimentation initiatives such as ToMove — Turin’s Living Lab on MaaS and CCAM — and contribute to projects in the fields of smart mobility, digital twins, AI-enabled public services, climate-neutral transition and data-driven governance.

My role combines technology scouting, public–private matchmaking, regulatory sandboxing and the design of large-scale demonstrators aligned with European policy frameworks.

I am particularly interested in collaborating with cities, innovators and research organisations working on net-zero mobility, circular economy, AI for public good and sustainable infrastructure, aiming to scale tested solutions at national and European level.
