About me

I graduated in Systemic Design and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Management, Production and Design on democratic use of technologies. I do research on insect farming for food loss and waste management working closely with companies in Italy and Belgium involving process mapping, business analysis tools, lean management techniques, and patent trend analysis.

As an early career researcher, I co-authored and secured over €1.8M in EU project funding, coordinating a diverse group of 10+ industry public and private partners in interregional collaborations.

Also, in the last 3 years, I mentored over 300 students in sustainable packaging and product innovation projects.

I am currently seeking for new career opportunities.
