MilkRun Management System

Our solution is basically a milk run operation and focuses on the use of “multi-use” foldable boxes. The main cycle is to take back the boxes shipped from the logistics distribution centers to the stores as “disassembled” and bring them back to the logistics center for reuse. Our system creates a hub for retail companies, enabling them to use as much as the box they need. It is not efficient for the Retail Firm to carry out this operation within in-house operation. Box maintenance, repair, cleaning and inventory create a separate workload and more importantly, they stock up on unnecessary boxes due to the need for extra boxes during campaigns-special days etc. LogD as an outsource supplier also finds solutions to these problems of companies.
