Andre Van Delft

André van Delft CEO and founder of DEMO Consultants and responsible for strategy, management and business development. He is also an experienced consultant specializing in real estate information management and developer of real estate software for buildings and infrastructure. He has designed and built various software solutions for ministries, municipalities, housing corporations, asset managers and research institutions. He also has more than twenty five years of experience in various international research consortia in which DEMO has participated as a partner or coordinator and continues to participate. André combines a creative, innovative information management approach with a down-to-earth, pragmatic approach to developing and implementing the software solutions and services for DEMO's customers. André studied architecture at TU Delft with a specialization in Construction Management and Real Estate Management.
