I have strong skills in management&organization, which I use to drive the growth of new businesses. I adopt a top-down approach for strategy and a bottom-up approach to enable the everyday cocreation thanks to a strong collaborative commitment of the entire team.

Actually I Coordinate SYXIS Innovation Hub, where we push and manage Research and Innovation Funded projects. All our projects deals with circular economy, including economic and social sustainability, digital technologies, and collaborative approaches and methodologies.

My expertise is empowered by a cross-sectorial approach, having worked in industries, manufacturing, fashion, agrifood, smart cities & home, and more.

I also think and structure new innovative concepts and projects, for our customers and for HE project proposals.

I'm also an active Citizen, taking care of specific themes of common interests in my town Segrate and surroundings, supported by a relevant group of people which cooperates to the creation of a new, polite, human, and respectful world.
