I have a strong interest in how emerging digital technologies can be developed and deployed in ways that are secure, trustworthy, human-centred and socially meaningful. As Centre Director of the Nimbus Research Centre at Munster Technological University, I lead interdisciplinary research spanning AI, cybersecurity, 6G/Open RAN, cyber-physical systems, immersive technologies and data-driven digital transformation.

I particularly enjoy working across disciplinary boundaries, bringing together researchers, industry, public-sector organisations and end users to turn emerging technologies into practical solutions. My current interests include trustworthy and agentic AI, human–AI collaboration, resilient digital infrastructure, digital twins, immersive environments and experimental testbeds.

I am keen to connect with partners who share an interest in ambitious, interdisciplinary Horizon Europe projects, particularly those combining technical innovation with real-world experimentation, human-centred approaches and demonstrable impact.
