I design and implement financing strategies that combine national and European public funding, State aid and commercial financing - tailored to the investor's objectives, the project's scope and the available financing instruments.

With over 20 years of experience and more than PLN 2 billion in public funding secured to date, I bring a perspective built on experience on both sides of the table: in public administration, in large energy companies and as strategic advisor at Deloitte and Colliers. This allows me to understand both the institutional requirements behind public funding and the business realities of investors delivering complex projects.

I support projects end-to-end - from assessing eligibility and identifying suitable financing instruments, through designing the optimal financing structure and managing the funding process, to implementation and settlement.

My focus areas include energy transition, industrial decarbonisation, renewable energy, energy efficiency and circular economy investments. I am particularly interested in connecting with companies, technology providers and project developers who have ambitious investment projects and are looking for the right financing structure, public funding or strategic financing partners to move them forward.
