• Financial Strategy & Control: Directing financial planning, budgeting, accounting, tax strategy, and performance controlling to optimize corporate profitability and asset allocation

• Governance, Legal & Compliance: Driving full legal compliance, corporate governance frameworks, and risk management systems to protect company assets and ensure regulatory integrity

• IT & Technology Enablement: Overseeing regional IT strategy and infrastructure to ensure seamless operational integration, digital transformation, and process efficiency

• Executive Leadership: Steering cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and IT, aligning operational execution with overall corporate strategy.
