Gosta Labs

Gosta Labs is a Finnish healthtech company building an AI operating system for specialty care. Its comprehensive operating system, powered by a task-specific AI engine, supports the entire care team end to end by automating clinical documentation, structuring patient data and bringing the full patient history into one view.

The effect is measured in daily practice. Care teams using Gosta report a 66 percent reduction in documentation time, with a median of under two minutes to complete an EMR-ready note. 78 percent of healthcare professionals using Gosta also report improved focus on patient interaction.

Gosta is built from the ground up to medical-device standards for data security, transparency and patient safety. The system is a CE-marked Class I medical device under EU MDR and ISO 27001 certified, and compliant with GDPR and EU Digital Sovereignty. Class IIa certification is under way.
