IS Consulting is a boutique consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity for mission-critical but resource-constrained organizations. We operate on a vendor-neutral basis, helping smaller organizations achieve real security and regulatory compliance without imposing on them the burdens tailored to large corporations.

Our approach is based on several principles that distinguish us from typical vendors. We are vendor-agnostic, meaning we don't tie clients to a specific vendor or technology, but advise in their best interests. We act proportionally, selecting security measures that reflect the real risk and scale of the organization, rather than overdoing it. We treat security as a support for people and their daily work, not a barrier. And we focus on real feasibility, meaning solutions that a smaller organization can actually implement and maintain.

We are a member of ECSO (European Cyber ​​Security Organisation), a European organization for cybersecurity stakeholders, and a member of the NCC-PL community, the National Cybersecurity Competence Center, part of the European Network of Coordination Centers. We also collaborate with healthcare organizations, including NIL-IN and the Polish Association of Private Hospitals (OSSP). These relationships help us stay relevant in the industries we serve.
