Tallinn University, as an Estonian university, primarily offers and develops education and research in the Estonian language and based on Estonian needs. Considering what is happening in higher education, internationalization also plays an important role.
Tallinn University researchers lead and participate in the project funded by the European Commission, the EU Regional Programme and Erasmus+. The university has agreements with 43 partner universities from 23 countries and over 400 Erasmus+ partnership agreements, we are a member of eight international networks of higher education institutions, and our researchers and lecturers actively contribute to the activities of their professional networks.
Tallinn University, as a leader in a smart lifestyle, also values the free time of its members: the university has a literary award for employees, lecturers and alumni, a symphony orchestra chosen as the Estonian Orchestra of the Year, internationally recognized choirs and cultural groups, and several sports teams at the Estonian Championship level.
